Economia circular como abordagem à responsabilidade social corporativa: uma revisão semi-sistemática

A economia circular assume-se como paradigma da sustentabilidade, que abre espaço para modelos alternativos de inovação empresarial centrados no domínio da utilização efetiva dos recursos em cenários de relevância ambiental, económica e social, envolvidos na responsabilidade social. Este artigo seguiu uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com o objetivo de conhecer: Qual é o estado do conhecimento sobre a economia circular como abordagem da responsabilidade social empresarial? O desdobramento teórico foi estruturado a partir das categorias: noções associadas à economia circular nos negócios, elementos de responsabilidade social da economia circular, perspectivas de sustentabilidade em torno da economia circular. A metodologia seguiu as fases de planejamento, realização e relatório. Entre os achados, foram identificados os macroconceitos construídos com base na complementaridade semântica. As conclusões apontam para a prioridade da tomada de decisões sobre práticas produtivas no desempenho de organizações que atendam às certificações ambientais, de acordo com pactos globais. Isso atrairá novas pesquisas, pois significa os caminhos urgentes de construção de passar do presente para o futuro, explorando modelos de negócios baseados na economia circular como uma abordagem de responsabilidade social.
