Abstract

The mission of the Western Central University "Lisandro Alvarado" and particularly in Medicine program the integral formation of a physician referred capable of solving the problems of health and human life at individual and collective level scientific competences, skills and human, with relevance and transformation of society. Thence to the permanent and ongoing review, evaluation and updating of curriculum programs of medicine becomes necessary, this work curriculum requires a research methodology that recreates knowledge, expertise and experience with innovative, integrative technologies and contextualized to Learning scenarios clinics, with new epistemological conceptions arising from the dynamic interaction of  multiple actors that may lead to emerging educational and health care processes. The living experience in the Subcommittee on the Teaching of Clinical Medicine at UCLA with action research, deliberative and evaluative, for its viable and sustainable results and achievements in the institution motivated to show the methodological process from theory to praxis to show evidence the pertinence of this methodology in the curriculum analytical work at the University.
