Abstract

The globalization of international relations requires continuously consider the design and implementation of dynamic models of management. We require a review of known paradigms. The focus is on "action with vision," and to confirm the level of accuracy is essential to manage business metrics to evaluate and measure the development of organizational processes. Process management is key to contemporary organizational leadership. In this context, compensation operates as a stimulus for the development of people and an opportunity to create business value. The modeling of variable compensation should incorporate sufficient degrees of rationality and objectivity to make it transparent, acceptable and subjectivity must be bounded and contained in the compensation policy. This article discusses a design perspective metric for these policies, aimed at those who have responsibilities and interests in the world of people management.
