Utilização de inteligência artificial em sistemas de informação documental. Uma revisão sistemática da literatura 2013-2023

Na última década, a Inteligência Artificial (IA) experimentou um crescimento notável em sua aplicação nos Sistemas de Informação Documental (SID), oferecendo soluções mais eficazes e avançadas para gerenciar e analisar grandes volumes de informação. Neste artigo, produto de uma investigação prévia, foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) centrada no uso da IA nos SID entre 2013 e 2023, compilando pesquisas da EBSCO, Scopus e Web of Science. Foi aplicada a metodologia PRISMA 2020, utilizando NVivo para a análise qualitativa e Excel junto com Microsoft Power BI para a análise quantitativa. Foram identificados 22 artigos com 117 referências, destacando impactos como a gestão eficiente, busca e recuperação de informação, transparência e qualidade dos dados. As principais tendências incluem a automação do ciclo de vida de documentos, mudanças no modelo de gestão da informação, políticas éticas de IA em SID, organização de dados e aplicações de aprendizado automático. Esta revisão rigorosa sintetiza a evidência disponível, proporcionando achados claros e úteis para a comunidade acadêmica e instituições comprometidas com a eficiência operacional e a transparência da informação, contribuindo para o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 16.6 e facilitando a tomada de decisões.
