The objective of this research work was oriented to propose Tutorials: resource in teaching-learning for the clinical subjects of the Nursing Program Universidad Centro Occidental "Lisandro Alvarado" of the Iribarren Municipality in Lara state. The study was based on the quantitative approach, which being measurable belongs to the current of positivism. In this sense, the design is of a non-experimental field under the modality of a special project, developed in two phases. Phase I, constituted by the diagnostic study, it should be noted that since it is a field investigation, in which information is collected directly from the subject, fifteen (15) teachers and fifteen (15) students of the subjects are taken as a sample. clinics. As a technique, the survey was used and the questionnaire with likert-type response questions (always, some, times and never) was used as an instrument. Consisting of 13 item seach. Validated by experts in the area under study and methodology. In phase II, the design of the proposal is made. Conclusion, it is necessary to take into account the opinion of teachers with the intention of favoring in them a favorable attitude to apply them in teaching by combining them with face-to-face classes, as well as the willingness of students to learn. It is recommended to encourage the design of virtual videos in other subjects that cannot be difficult to understand, especially practical ones.
