Abstract

In this century, Nursing faces great challenges to apply new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the care of its patients, this seems to be inevitable, which represents a change in the traditional form of care and its relationship with patients. ICTs serve as instruments that reinforce, help and improve the current health model, providing care, allowing some situations to be resolved, contributing to the well-being of the person, preserving and maintaining their life. But it could also be a factor that instrumentalizes the interaction of the Nurse with their patients, or it could be that it facilitates personalized and high-quality care, everything will depend on the identity of each nurse's care.
