Abstract

Miguel Hernández (1910 – 1942) was a Spanish poet and playwright linked to the Generation of 36, who died in prison at a very young age due to health
complications in the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War. The present writing is an approach to his poetry on melodies that came out of his verses in the same
measure of his reading. Poems of extraordinary beauty and strength to which I have returned in his Complete poetic works with introduction, studies and notes by Leopoldo de Luis and Jorge Urrutia.
